Joe Anna, former Staff Sergeant in the U.S. Army, has taken what he learned during his 10 years in the military and applied it here, building a successful sales career.

Our Leadership Development Program prepares high-potential employees for new and different roles, including sales management. In addition, our commitment to continuous improvement through Lean Six Sigma offers opportunities for sales reps to participate in and lead cross-functional teams. Both help equip individuals for career advancement.

Consider Ashley Johnston who started her career with us as a military sales specialist in 2008. She became a military sales account manager in 2012 and was promoted to district sales manager in 2013 and regional sales director in 2016.
