We’re looking for a motivated Sr. Military Order Assistant responsible for ensuring all military order requirements are met.

Assists in processing military orders, ensuring orders are shipped 100% complete and within the customer’s required due date.
Pulls orders from DLA/GSA site for processing in the ERP system, corresponding with DLA/GSA regarding label errors.
Prints military shipping labels and affixes to shipments.
Assists packaging team with military kit assembly.
Assists with entering military orders in the ERP system.
Updates Field Sales Representatives and GSA with order tracking information.
Assists supervisor with maintaining the military email inbox and field sales rep phone calls.
Assists supervisor with quoting customers and field sales reps.
Maintains daily reports for tracking shipping values.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Associate's degree or higher with a minimum of 3 years sales operations/enablement experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Good PC skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word with SAP/ERP/PRELUDE experience.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities in a fast-paced sales environment while remaining accurate and detail oriented.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Demonstrates a customer-centric, solutions-oriented attitude when working with others to resolve problems.
Able to effectively present information and respond to questions from sales managers, sales representatives and customers.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to stand and sit. The employee is occasionally required to walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
